Let’s Begin
Investing in Your Wellbeing
It’s important that you feel informed and supported from the very beginning. My intention is to give you a clear understanding of how I work, what to expect, and how we might collaborate to support meaningful change.
I offer therapy both in person in downtown Waynesville, NC, and online throughout North Carolina using secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom. My availability is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
I offer a limited number of weekly therapy openings, and availability varies over time.
Please contact me to ask about current openings or to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

FAQ-Payment & Getting Started
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Aetna NC State Health Plan, and Medicare.
Sessions with other plans are billed at the private-pay rate. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Can I use out-of-network benefits?
If your plan offers out-of-network coverage, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurer. Some clients choose to use third-party services like Mentaya to simplify reimbursement.
Do you offer reduced fees?
I maintain a small number of reduced-fee appointments based on availability. Feel free to ask about current openings.
Why do some clients choose private pay?
Private pay allows for increased privacy, flexibility, and depth of work. It also allows us to focus fully on the therapeutic process without limitations imposed by insurance requirements such as diagnoses, treatment plans, or session caps.
What’s the next step?
The best way to begin is to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, answer questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
